Gary & Ros Martin joined Countrywide in 2015, taking on the Coventry & Warwickshire area. As seasoned business owners they have relished the challenge that a Countrywide franchise provided and are now enjoying the fruits of their hard work.

Speaking to Countrywide, Gary said: “I’ve been involved and owned numerous businesses since 1998, but the Grounds Maintenance industry was totally new to us both. Countrywide Grounds appealed to us as it was a well-established name within a secure industry and had existing national contracts for us to take advantage of.”

“I enjoy being a Countrywide franchise owner because every day is different. We decide how to grow our business and work towards the level of income that we need, this has left us in a strong financial position and allowed us to spend more time with family and travel.”

“We are now planning to leave a legacy within the Coventry & Warwickshire area. Stepping off the tools has allowed me to focus on the development of the business and over the next 5 years we will expand the services offered to our new and existing customers.”
